Is My Mess a Lost Cause?

Is there still hope when you’ve messed up? This week at 12Stone Church, we looked at one of the most infamous characters in the Easter story—Judas. Is There Hope for a Lost Cause?

What do you do when someone you care about feels like a lost cause? In this message, we walk through the powerful moment in Mark 2 where four friends bring their paralyzed friend to Jesus—despite the crowds, despite the obstacles, despite the risk. They literally unroof the roof to get to Jesus, believing that healing and hope were just on the other side. Their story reminds us that bringing someone to Jesus isn’t always neat, clean, or convenient. It’s personal. It’s bold. And it often means making a scene.This week we’re asking: Who’s your ONE? Who is near to you but far from God—and are you willing to step out of your comfort zone, risk your reputation, and bring them to Jesus? Because when Jesus is in the room, it’s never a lost cause.
